1. Do I need previous martial arts experience to join?
No experience is necessary! We welcome beginners from ages 4+ and all fitness levels. Our coaches will guide you step by step, ensuring you feel comfortable while learning real skills.
2. What should I wear to my first class?
For your first session, simply wear regular sportswear and bring a water bottle. No special kit or martial arts uniform is required — just your energy and enthusiasm!
However, if you do have your own equipment such as gloves or shin guards, please bring them.
3. How old do you accept students?
We have classes for everyone age 4+ to adults. Specific age ranges for certain classes may vary, so please check our class schedule or contact us for guidance.
4. How can I book a class?
You can book a free trial using our booking system or contacting us. We’ll confirm your booking and answer any questions.
5. Do I need to sign up for a membership right away?
No! You can start with a trial class to see if our gym and community are the right fit for you. If you decide to continue, you can speak to a member of our team or view our membership options.

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. Kids, teens, and adults all train in a supportive environment where respect, encouragement, and fun are part of every class.
7. What types of martial arts do you teach?
We offer training in Kickboxing, Boxing, Grappling (Gi & NoGi), MMA & Fitness and conditioning classes.
Classes are structured for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced athletes.
8. Are there any hidden fees or extra costs?
Membership covers your classes, and any optional gear or apparel is available through our online store or speaking to a member of the team in the gym. We also offer grading, to which costs will be emailed to you prior. We’ll always be upfront about any costs.
9. How do I progress through belts or levels?
Our coaching team tracks each student’s progress and provides guidance on skill development. Students advance at their own pace through a structured belt or ranking system.
10. Can I try more than one type of class?
Yes! We encourage members to explore different styles and classes to find what suits them best.
